The AI players that fill out battlegrounds used to be dealt at random, so a quiet Tuesday could hand you a lobby that was either a formality or a wall. They are now sorted into three tiers and dealt where they belong.

Easy wear blues and queue Scarlet Chapel. Medium wear epics and queue Blackrock Throne. Hard wear full sets, carry tens of thousands of honor, and queue Obsidian Colosseum. Both teams draw from the same tier, so a filled match is even on both sides.

Alongside it: one AI player runs the flag in Warsong Gulch and Twin Peaks while the rest play around them, and they will take a flag-drop order from a teammate - and tell you why when they will not.
